There is nothing to fear, because:
Your Parliament retains control over the structure and formation of the Voice. The Voice only decides on the advice it gives.
It’s a better use of your taxes for an Indigenous Voice to advise on policy supporting Indigenous people.
Indigenous Australians have respectfully asked for this. Multiple polls indicate a majority support the Voice.
The Voice will be focussed on efficiently closing the gap in life expectancy, health, education, training and jobs.
There is enough detail available to make an informed decision
Advice given by the Voice will be considered but does not have to be taken up by the Parliament.
Long-term stability of the Voice in our Constitution means our community can keep walking together.
This is the best way forward. Voting no is likely to continue what has already failed.
The consequences of voting no are risky including to our reputation as a nation.
